BP01 is a semi-automatic machinery to disassemble and press the mechanical diamond wire utilized in the stone quarries.

Its simplicity of use allows for a significant improvement of the operator’s productivity, since all he/she needs to do is to locate the portion of wire into the appropriate seat, where the machinery shall extract the components and shear the portion of wire at the same time.

Besides disassembling, BP01 also presses the wire after its regeneration.

After locating the pressing device into the purposely-allocated seat, the machinery – upon control by the operator – shall put the wire into traction, giving a pre-load defined by the springs and – at the same time – it shall perform the crimping operation.
